McCalls 7789 - Polka Dot Dapper Day Dress

Awhile back I fell in love with this dress by Kate Spade and have wanted to recreate a similar double tie front bodice ever since! For the WDW Spring Dapper Day outing I figured now was as good a time as ever. Jess (@enasbazaar) had suggested McCalls 7789 bodice as a starting point. Vintage McCalls 6989 completed the look with a gathered full circle skirt - so much volume! And of course, pockets :)

McCalls 7789 Pattern Information and Modifications:

PATTERN: McCalls 7789 (bodice) and Vintage McCalls 6989 (skirt)
FABRIC: 100% Cotton
MODIFICATIONS: Other than drafting an additional tie for the middle bodice section, I had no modifications to either pattern!
